Just like with any company and other products that you can buy on the market, our shutters also come with conditions and limitations. We suggest that you do your part in taking care of the shutters. This way, they will stay durable for a long time. The warranty only applies to homeowners who care for their shutters and blinds by following the cleaning instructions properly.

Dispute Resolution Policies

In any business, some problems can arise. It is an unavoidable instance that takes place no matter how rigorous and strict our procedures are. Rest assured that we will handle it properly. When you purchase from us, we have the whole transaction documented in writing. This way, if problems come up, we can easily resolve them.

Returns Policy

When it comes to returns, we usually deal with the issue first. Often, it can be remedied without needing to return the item for a refund. However, if a return is warranted, we will contact the customer to ensure the process is smooth for both parties.

Additionally, replacements are easily handled. However, if you do not have any use for the product or you are not happy with the result, you can speak to us on how you can return the item and get your money back.
